Pink Pearl apples arrive early fall and are available for a limited time. Ours come from our favorite local orchard, Hale Farms in Sebastopol, CA. Pink Pearl’s may have a pale green skin but the fruit is an unexpected lovely pink hue. Tart and sweet they make a beautiful pie!
